I should point out now that Sal’s diner is a real place. The diner itself, as mentioned before, is from an episode of Stargate, but there really is a Sal’s diner that I used to frequent in my youth in Merchantville, NJ. And it makes the meanest cheesestakes this side of the Delaware, let me tell you. It’s no South Street (not enough cheese wiz), but it’s really darn good.

I should also point out that I have never met Sal, and that this Sal is completely imagined by me. I’m sure the real Sal is a very nice man.

And I suggest that you all go there. It’s located on main street.
