He’s inexplicably single, works constantly and refuses to talk about himself. His coworkers leave well enough alone though; he’s a good cop and a good LT, and that’s all that matters to them.

Leonardo Rossini is the biggest thing to hit Manhattan since Blue-Eyed Frankie. An enigmatic but forceful presence in New York, the origins of Mr. Rossini’s wealth and success are unknown (though there are several rumors of the unsavory nature.) He owns a significant number of businesses in Midtown, chief among them his nightclub Perdition, which he has spent a number of years turning into the ‘new Studio 54″. It seems to have worked, as it is the most swingin’ hot spot in the city, leaving Leonardo Rossini reveling in money and popularity.

Henry is a happy go lucky homeless man who frequents Sal’s diner, where Anita works. He is also a face about town who seems to know everyone, even if they don’t know him. He is often found whistling or talking to pigeons, or providing mysteriously accurate advice, though today he seems to think that there is a storm coming, whatever that is supposed to mean.
